Intuitive Energy Healing

Have you been searching for inner peace and looking to reconnect with your true self? Is letting go of belief systems (ingrained in childhood) that no longer serve you a personal goal? Are you seeking the life that you were meant to live and the happiness that you deserve?

I believe that one of the greatest gifts that we can give ourselves is just to stop...breathe...check in...and see where we are and what we need.

Through healing sessions, we discover the source of any belief systems or behavior patterns that are no longer useful, release them, and replace them with the truth. We are meant to be happy, free and at peace with ourselves and out in the world.

Healing Sessions

IN-PERSON SESSIONS

A client wears loose, comfortable clothing to a session and sits in a comfortable chair or reclines for the duration of the session. Every effort is made to create a safe and sacred healing space for the session.

DISTANCE SESSIONS

The session may be conducted either by phone, FaceTime or Zoom. The client settles into a quiet space at home where they will be uninterrupted and have the opportunity to relax, unplug and to open their minds and hearts to the experience. Everything else is the same as an in-person session. (Interestingly, some of the most extraordinary healing sessions that I have experienced with clients have been distance sessions.)
